I’ll admit it, I’m one of those people who checks the scale every day. Sunday is my official weigh-in day but I like to see how my weight is impacted by different things throughout the week.
Well, today I’m glad for this habit because I FINALLY saw a drop. Who knows what Sunday’s weigh-in will hold? For today, though, I’m moving in the right direction and it’s the first time in months that I can say that.
It’s nice to see progress, no matter how little it is, so I know that I’m doing the right things. Add that to the fact that I’m feeling great and it’s enough to make me wonder how I ever got off track in the first place. Now I just need to hold on to that and use it to keep me motivated on the days that I don’t feel like sticking to my plan!
