P90X? Check!

Woohoo! Last night I officially completed my first challenge off my weight loss bucket list – all 90 days of the weight lifting portion of P90X. I’m so excited to say I’ve done this one because it’s a goal I’ve been chasing for a long time.

I’m especially excited because that means I can also move on to focus on some other challenges. I really like P90X but the last 4 weeks had me focusing too much on upper body, in my opinion. I’m ready to get back to some leg work and just trying new exercises.

So what’s the next challenge going to be? I’m actually going to take on two! A food challenge and a workout challenge seem like the right combination for where I’m at with my challenge. For the food challenge, I’ve settled on 30 days of no added sugar. For the workout challenge, I’m going to leave it somewhat vague for now and say it’ll be 30 days of legs. More info to come on both once I’ve worked out full details.

It all starts Monday!
