I know I haven’t been posting much in the last couple weeks. Believe me, it’s not from a lack of trying! I miss by regular escapades into the blogging world but hopefully it won’t be too long before I’m back to posting regularly.
In the meantime, I’m doing everything I can to stay on track with my weight loss goals. It hasn’t been easy but my body did reward me with a nice 4-pound drop out of nowhere last weekend! That’s the largest drop I’ve had so far and puts me at a little more than 14 pounds lost. Yay!
I’ve also started to notice that the lost weight is making a huge difference in other areas. Running, for example, is not nearly as difficult with a little less weight. 🙂
I hope everyone else is doing well in their weight loss journeys, as well! One day, hopefully soon, I’ll have some time to go through and catch up on where my fellow bloggers are at.
