Say Goodbye to Stomach Bulge!

Today, for the first time, I can say I’ve hit that sweet spot where I’m not automatically sucking my stomach in throughout the day. Do you know what I mean by this? On a daily basis I hold my stomach in to look my best in my clothes. After so many years of doing this, you hardly realize it’s happening until you don’t have to do it anymore.

Now don’t mistake me – my stomach is far from flat. I still have a ton of work to do. But I’ve hit the magic point where my stomach doesn’t bulge out further even if I try to push it out. It’s like my stomach has found its happy, natural place.

I’m going to go out on a limb and say I think this line has finally been crossed because I made one small tweak to my eating this week. I started working more protein into my diet by replacing my Hot Pockets at lunch with chicken. I don’t think I was eating bad before but I think this has added a new notch to my healthy eating. We’ll see if I’m right about that on weigh-In day!
